How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?

Current lead times for custom builds are typically 7 to 10 business days. Once your system has passed our rigorous 48-hour stress testing, shipping takes an additional 1-3 business days depending on your location.

What kind of warranty comes with an AFTERSHOCK PC?

Every system comes standard with a 2-year parts and labor warranty. This includes lifetime technical support and pick-up and return services for the first year of ownership.

Can I upgrade my components in the future without voiding the warranty?

Yes, we support the enthusiast community. You can upgrade your own components; however, the warranty will not cover any damage caused during the installation process or issues arising from the third-party parts themselves.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout. Please note that international warranty claims may require the customer to cover shipping costs to our service center.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and various Buy Now Pay Later options including Affirm and Klarna for flexible financing.

How do I track the assembly progress of my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a unique tracking link via email. This portal allows you to see which stage your build is in: from parts allocation and assembly to testing and dispatch.
